With Rae of Light, a new light will shine throughout Waukegan and across Lake County. Eddie's experiences opened our eyes to the gaps that exist in support systems — especially for those who are overlooked or underserved. His journey reminds us why our work matters and why every person deserves access to resources, dignity, and support.
Through our programs, we strive to ensure that no one has to face life's challenges alone. Eddie's legacy continues to guide our work, shaping every initiative and inspiring every act of service. His light lives on in the hope we bring to others.
